I've read countless websites from retreats and organizations about the dieta. There seem to be a lot of differences in suggested duration and overall strictness. Some retreats will give you yoghurt as part of the breakfast the day after, some don't. Some suggest not doing anything that moves energy, even kundalini yoga or massage, while other retreats offer these as extras.
